Prolific designer and builder of the industry’s quirkiest time machines Max Büsser revealed the MB&F HM3 MegaWind Final Edition yesterday. His off-kilter series of HM3 timepieces have sold like hotcakes over the past six years, stealing hearts with a dashing variety of about 20 design since the presentation of the inaugural HM3 model in 2009.
The new HM3 Megawind Final Edition is no less a statement-making watch than its award-winning predecessors, standing at 47mm by 50mm. Fashioned in PVD blackened white gold and titanium, this irresistible 25-piece limited edition timepiece opts to tell the minutes and hours via MB&F HM3 family’s trademark ‘eyes’. This time, however, the minute and hour coned domes are painted with C3-grade Super-LumiNova and illuminates its owner with the accurate time. This worthy successor to HM3’s eccentric stalwarts like the Jwlrymachine and the Frog is yours for less than CHF100,000.
